Hi, I’m Claire!

I am a Colorado-based photographer who specializes in love stories & self-empowerment! I started my photography career after graduating with a degree in Photography and trained under some of those bigger companies you see when you do your google search for your big day. This helped me get all kinds of experience working with experienced photographers while also seeing the behind-the-scenes of what it is like to work for a “corporate style photography company.” Take it from me, you want to spend the big bucks on a small 2-3 person business!

My style is very laid-back. I like to capture the magical little moments between you and your partner that happen while you’re posing or just enjoying each other. I will always pose you, should you ask me to, but I like to think of my posing as a suggestion, not a rule. Take from it what you will, and have fun the rest of the way! I’m a sucker for a view, especially if the clouds give us some drama with the sunset!! My editing style is bold and colorful, but I am open to editing in a different manner upon request. 

Photography is my full-time gig! When I’m not in wedding season, I spend my winters photographing grade-school dance competitions, host boudoir shoots in my *brand new* home studio, attend model-photographer meetups, and capture the heart-melting love of our animals at all stages of life. My partner and I also board dogs in our house year round to fill in the gaps in our schedule. I’ve been pet-sitting professionally pretty much my entire life, and it really fills the gap of not having my own!

With this career, I lean into the perks of enjoying slow mornings with coffee and a good book, nestled among all of my plant babies to help get my day started off right. I love a good yoga sesh or even a hard hour at the gym. I’m all about pushing my body to do all the things it was made to do, and fueling it with all the best vegan food!
